Merchant Settlement
Merchants can use the Merchant Dashboard to manage self-service crypto-to-fiat and crypto-to-crypto (stablecoin) settlements. For enterprise-grade merchants, we offer automated crypto-to-fiat settlement capabilities for sub-merchants.

Clearing & Settlement & Payout
Clearing Methods
During onboarding, merchant partners may select the clearing method that best fits their operational needs.
USDT clearing:
Upon successful payment, the system clears the transaction based on the current market exchange rate, deducts the applicable transaction fee, and credits the corresponding USDT amount to the Pending Withdrawal Account.
Fiat clearing:
Upon successful payment, the system clears the transaction based on the current market exchange rate, deducts the applicable transaction fee, and credits the corresponding fiat amount (e.g., EUR, USD) to the Pending Withdrawal Account.
Settlement Frequency
During onboarding, merchant partners may select the settlement frequency that best fits their operational needs.
T0 Settlement:
After system clears orders, funds will be settled to the Balance Withdrawal Account using a T0 settlement cycle. This ensures that funds are immediately available for payout upon clearing. Refunds are not supported under this settlement frequency.
T+X Settlement:
The system will clear orders in the Pending Withdrawal Account at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) every day. All pending amounts before X hours will be settled to the Balance Withdrawal Account.
Example: If the current time is 00:00:00 on January 20, 2025, and X is 24, this settlement will include all orders in the Pending Withdrawal Account before 00:00:00 on January 19, 2025.
Notes:
- If a user has initiated a refund for an order during the settlement process, the payment order will be postponed to the next settlement date and reflected accordingly in the Merchant Dashboard.
- If no refund is initiated during the settlement process, the refund request status will be updated to TIMEOUT, and the payment order will proceed to settlement.
Payout Methods
Self-Service Payout
Merchant partners can use the dashboard to initiate self-service payouts in USDT or supported fiat currencies, including EUR, HKD, USD, and THB.
Automated Settlement Payout
We offer automated crypto or fiat payout capabilities for merchants. You can set a threshold amount (X), and once the settlement balance reaches this threshold, an automated payout will be triggered to your pre-configured address or bank account. If you choose to use automated settlement payout, manual withdrawals in the merchant dashboard will be disabled.
