We support merchants to use background self-service settlement, instant deposit to their accounts.

Crediting and Settlement Methods

1. Crediting Methods

USDT Account:

Upon successful payment, the system will settle the payment based on the current market exchange rate, deducting transaction fees, and credit the corresponding USDT amount to the pending settlement account.

Fiat Account:

Upon successful payment, the system will settle the payment based on the current market exchange rate, deducting transaction fees, and credit the corresponding amount in fiat currency (e.g., EUR, USD) to the pending settlement account.

2. Settlement Methods

S0 Settlement

• The system will settle the payment to the withdrawable account in real-time. This settlement method ensures that users can withdraw funds immediately after payment. Refunds are not allowed for this settlement method.

D+X Settlement

• The system will settle orders in the pending settlement account at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) every day. All pending amounts before X hours will be settled to the withdrawable account.

Example:If the current time is 00:00:00 on January 20, 2025, and X is 24, this settlement will include all orders in the pending settlement account before 00:00:00 on January 19, 2025.

Notes:

• If a user has initiated a refund for an order during the settlement process, the payment order will be postponed to the next settlement date.
• If a user has not initiated a refund for an order during the settlement process, the refund order status will be changed to TIMEOUT, and the payment order will be settled.

3. Withdrawal Methods

USDT Account:USDT accounts support both USDT withdrawals and fiat currency withdrawals.

Fiat Account:Fiat accounts support only fiat currency withdrawals.
